dialler facility not working

[AC Question]

phone got wet and now cant make or receive calls when trying to dial it says dialler not responding please help
factory reset ? or just buggered !

"Phone got wet" says it all. If you didn't follow Oh, no! My Phone got Wet!, hit it with a hammer to make the data on it totally unrecoverable,throw it out and buy a new one. A few hours wet will completely ruin a phone (even if you put it into uncooked rice). A few minutes in chemically dirty water will do the same.
