cant login to samsung account. Help pls.

[AC Question]

So I need to login to cloud on my Samsung galaxy 3 ipad. It tells me I need to create a Samsung account. So when I press "create a Samsung account" it says it failed to load the login. So I cant use my internet apps and I cant login to samsung account. My internet works but its this broken login screen. What do I do?
