Why is my LG 4 not reading Micro chip from Samsung 5

Just bought 2 new LG 4 Beat phones and not recognising Micro chip from samsung 5

Hi, are you referring to the SD card or Sim card? if it's the sim card, speak to your service provider. If it's the SD card, I would make sure you back up all the data that is on it, before something happens to it. Try formatting the card within the G4 to see if that helps.
