Is my phone locked ?

Hello i have bought Sony E4 , and i cant check it currecly with other sim is it locked, when i go to sim menu i get this
I have sony E4 and i get this

Network Subnet

Service Provider
[o] Retries :0
Corporate
[o] Retries :0
SIM
[o] Retries :0
Does this mean the phone is locked or unlocked ?

If a SIM from another carrier asks you for the unlock code it's locked, otherwise it's not. (That's all locking is - you can't use another carrier's SIM.)
