error - 01 on zte phone

cannot open play store. I get error-01 on zte valet phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try Safe Mode. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
