I would like to talk to my friends on internet. How do I do that?

I would like to be able to speak to my friends on w 10 I'm new at this and I'm not sure what to look for so that I can do that. Is there a button? What's the way to get on there?
I am a person who was hit by a truck and I'm having a hard time finding things. If you would assist me, I would be grateful, however, it takes me some time to write average stuff. Please try to give me a way to get my work finished.

Welcome to the forums! Do you mean Windows 10? You could try with Skype (creating a personal account) or Hangouts (using your Gmail address). Both work well between different platforms, iOS, Android or Windows.
