I was using my Nexus 6P while plugged in and charging and noticed that as my finger was stroking the back of the phone it was gently vibrating at my fingertips. It only vibrates like this if plugged in and my feet are on the floor, making me think that there is some kind of circuit/ continuity and the phone's haptics are being affected. I normally use it in a case, so never noticed before. USB-C cable is high quality (Pecham) and the charger is the OEM.

    Has anyone else experienced similar?

That's odd. Are you brushing your finger across the fingerprint sensor?

It's because it's charging. You get that with some phones sometimes. (And with my MacBook Pro sometimes.)

My advice: Sit back and enjoy it.
