Bluetooth running time on new phone is 99d 10h

So.. As the title says, my new Lenovo A7000 has 99 days of bluetooth running time in power management settings.. I discovered this while i was trying to find the reason why the phone was draining the battery at the same rate, wether it was on standby or in active use(a problem that i'm still having). Could this mean that they sold me a used phone with a messed up battery as new or is it some sort of bug?
