Why will me Galaxy Note 3 not reset for Factory Settings?

[AC Question]

I have repeatedly tried to do a Factory Data Reset on my Galaxy Note 3. I get all the way to the screen that has the button to "DELETE ALL", when I click this it takes me to a screen that asks for a "New password", I have tried entering numerous passwords and it always takes me back to the "DELETE ALL" screen that I previously mentioned.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi, do you have any issues with unlocking the phone? you must have some sort of security lock pin set up, and when you go to perform the rest it's wanting said pin.
