Can I find my stolen galaxy note 3 via the MEID?

My droid (galaxy note 3) was stolen on may 9th. I reported it to sprint and they tagged it lost / stolen. I used the Android remote device manager to remote lock the phone then I wiped it. But I still dont know how much information they could have retrieved from my phone. I just learned also about the MEID and want to know can I still find my phone with that?

Unfortunately no. Android Device Manager and Sprint (and the police) are about your only options.
