Can I use a european charger for my motorola droid 2?

I'll be on vacation in Ireland and want to know if I can just buy a European charger to charge over there. Can the droid work with the higher electricity?

You can just buy a plug adapter (much cheaper usually), so your charger can plug into an Irish power socket. The input to the charger is 100-240 Volts, so it'll work just about anywhere there's an electrical outlet. (The output is still going to be around 5 Volts [read the tiny little label if you want to know exactly what it is - 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3 - they'll all work].)
