Received my tab 2-3 months ago No problems with it till a malware virus entered the tablet. Was told quick fix was to factory reset, which I did. Now it asks me for my Samsung account. I answered all the information screens, including my g-mail and password. Tapped the "next" tab on the screen, waited a few seconds, and it tells me the network isn't strong enough. Yet at both libraries' Wi-Fis their signal strength is strong. I just want to go back and start over, because I know my purchased apps were wiped off, and I know I have to start from the beginning. Help, please!
