Naive question - how easy to change language?

I'm currently travelling in Central America and would like to pick up a Galaxy Tab S2 8. My native language is English and I would want to change the language on the device from Spanish, because I will buy it in Central America, to English. Of course the salesman assures me, but could not show me, that changing language on the device to English would be easy. Is he right?

I've never owned an Android device hence my rather naïve question.

Go to settings>language and input>language>set to English. Just make sure English is already available in the device. I am not sure if you can add languages individually. It should be preinstalled.
