    Check on XDA Forums - that's where the people who come up with the rooting methods hang out.

    All Android devices can be rooted, the problem is how to get temporary root long enough to copy su (which is the program an app calls to get root access) to it. It can take a week or many months to find how to do it for a particular device running a particular version of Android.
