My phone got wet in water can any one help me how to come over the problem what i am facing?

My phone fall into water for just 2seconds,its in on mode when it fall.And incoming call are coming,but i am unable to attend it because my touch is not working.And my battery is inbuilt battery.Can any one help me.

If you didn't drop it into alcohol immediately after you got it out of the water, there's probably nothing anyone can do. The impurities in the water will keep eating away at the phone for weeks, even if you get it dry inside.
