I cant recieve calls from my galaxy s6

When i try to answer nothing happens, people on the other end can hear me but it won't let me answer

Please clarify, you can answer the phone, as in accept and connect, but you can not hear them?

Or

You can not get it to accept and connect the call at all?

I ask because if the other end of the line can hear you, then it has at least connected.


First suggestion is to wipe system cache via recovery mode.
