I have a samsung Galaxy S6 and when I place (or receive) calls no one can hear me - they say it's either static-y or just silent on my end. I can hear them perfectly fine and I have 4 bars of 4G. I have tried disabling "OK Google" switching from speaker to regular, enabling advanced calling, disabling advanced calling and rebooting and nothing seems to work. Sometimes the audio is completely fine, and others it does not work at all. There is no pattern to it - location doesn't seem to matter. Help! This is extremely frustrating.

Welcome to Android Central! Can they hear you on speakerphone, or if you use wired or Bluetooth headsets?

Speaker phone and wired headsets have the same issue - they can't hear me then either. I don't have a bluetooth headset.

That helps to rule out an isolated problem with the phone mic. This probably won't help, but it won't hurt either--wipe the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
