Small Scrolling Hand On the Top Of My Smartphone Lags my Device

[AC Question]

Hi there,

i am a simple user of android 4.4.2 with a zopo 980+ mobile (Octacore / Mediatek / 2Gb Ram). I am facing a big issue about a month now.

Without any previous warning my phone started to
1. stuck
2. to become overheat
3. to lag in any way
4. Also a small scrolling (looking like a hand) is appeared in top right hand corner of my smartphone.

I ve tried the above actions without any solution until now, because i am still facing the same problem
1. Factory Reset
2. Hard Reset (holding volume up & power button e.t.c)

Is there anything else to do;

If you did the factory reset, and its still happening, you'll need to flash the OEM software using Odin.

Probably not for that phone, since it's not popular enough for anyone to write tutorials for it. You'll need to find out what software tool it uses, and a source of the ROM you'll flash to it.

I Found the official rom via zopo official site. Can someone help me with the procedure? How to do the above actions with the rom that i already downloaded.

A new problem has developed

When i switch it on, i see the zopo logo, but it doesn't start. Zopo logo retains stuck unless i move the battery
This keeps going on for ever.
I ve tried to to factory reset (via using usb cable & vol up and power button) without any difference
Please help.
