I've got the HTC desire 820g+ dual sim rather large phone.
It's in the past few months (less than a year old) started only charging when turned off. I've done a factory reset and no change.
Another problem is when I'm on a call the screen blacks out and when I pull my ear away it doesn't light back up so I can't hang up or use loudspeaker etc. Very annoying!
Any help?!
I feel like throwing the bloody thing at a wall as its always off charging due to the utter rubbish battery life.
