how do I remove rooted malware and spy apps

I try to factory reset my phone using power and volume key and my phone says updating. I pop out the battery several times and then it says my phones rebooting with........

Once reset it's still loaded with spyware that updates from Google play and samsung updates. Also I'm unable to disable most apps. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Before Factory Resetting, untick/uncheck Auto Restore Apps. If that doesn't work, you may need to reflash the stock ROM.
