Hello and welcome to AndroidCentral! When you set up your new device did you do a restore, or set up as new? A restore takes your information saved by Google play (assuming you had Google backup turned on in the old device) including game data. Setting up as new doesn't restore that information. Unfortunately your old data may be lost now.

And there's no guarantee that Google saved the data from Farmville (or any other particular app). Helium might - no guarantees. (But it's free.)
