USB OTG file transfer goes from 25 MBPS to bps

I have a 128 GB 3.0 PNY flash drive. While using it on OTG sometimes it works just fine but most of the time while transferring files from flash drive to Tablet or phone it will slow down to almost nothing. Please help, I have tried for ever to fix this problem.

There's no problem - OTG on a phone will sometimes slow down to almost nothing. Just make sure you aren't running any hubs - OTG cable directly into phone, flash drive directly into cable. Start the transfer at night, then go to sleep. (USB-C may speed that up a bit, but it's still the nature of USB - there's nothing to do about it.)
