Need help with setup

[AC Question]

When doing setup I get to the wifi connection screen. The skip option is there but ghosted out. After about 30 second or so a list of wifi connections shows up and i enter the password to connect to mine. The screen freezes for about a minute and then a message pops up and says Settings Isnt Responding. The only options are Wait or OK. If I wait it takes a few minutes and shows me the list of wifi connections again. If I say OK it takes me back to the scren where I select the language.
Ive tried doing a factory reset and I get the same thing.
Any ideas? Im pretty much stuck right now.

Hi!

What device are you using? Did you just buy it and it is doing this? Can you ever "skip" this function and try to set it up later; or does it always ghost out/freeze like that?
