How to install apps to SD card?

Got my first android smartphone for my birthday today, I have only used Windows Phone previously. I got a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, Im looking to make all files defaultly go to the SD card such as app and appdata (I bought a 64GB card and my phone is only 8GB) My phone is almost already full. To do this on Windows phone it was simple but I have no idea how to on an android, looking for help

Not all apps can go onto sd card. If you open application manager and select the app, you will see the option to move to sd card if it's possible.
