I just downloaded Malwarebytes on my Kindle Fire. Malwrebytes requires me to enable Usage Access for Malwarebytes app, otherwise I won't be completely secured. What is "Usage Access"?

I cliked on "Open Usage Access Settings," and I was taken to general controls of my Kindle Fire 8.9, 4th Generation. I looked in security and "manage all apps," but I cannot find this "usage access" that Malwarebytes referred to.
