Is it okay to use another charger for my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I wanted to know if it is okay to use another charger for my phone. I thought about buying a charger that's just like the one I have now since the one I have it getting a bit worn out. It still works but I want to have an extra in case it breaks.

As long as the specs are right, it's okay.

As long as it's a 5 Volt (nominal, it can be as high as 5.3 Volts) charger that puts out at least as much as the old one (in mA or Amps), and it has a microUSB connector, it's fine.
