I have an icon that has appeared at the bottom of my home screen.

it looks like an eye that has been crossed out within a circle. i dont know where it has come from but it wont let me use the back button or some functions of my launcher (Smart Launcher 3 Pro on an S6 Edge - carrier EE UK)
