my phone (LGL34C) wont turn on

it starts too but everytime it gets too the blue screen it just stops

Seems to be a common issue with this device.... I have 2. One works no problem and the other only boots to Android 1 out of 20 times I try to boot it. There's nothing wrong with the OS at all... I even did a nand backup from one phone to the other but still doesn't boot correctly.
