I updated my AT&T Samsung G6 last Sunday to the new marshmallow version. After that my phone starts to overheat from the SIM card side until I can't even hold it also the phone signal is gone, eventually I have to turn off and not use it. I have had from AT&T operating system. My questions, is there any way that I can change the AT&T operating system to Samsung operating system if not what can I do with my phone especially that my warranty expired last month and AT&T taking action center did not help me with this problem.

Hi, if the phone is over heating to the point where your sim card is not working then you need to contact AT&T again and see if they can investigate - this isn't normal behavior for a phone.

I upgraded my AT&T Samsung galaxy S6 to Marshmallow last month and I haven't had any overheating issues. I suggest you try doing a factory reset to see if that resolves the problem. If not, I would then suggest you visit you local AT&T store and see if they have any suggestions.
