    Hi. Any loose part sounds like an issue with the internals. I'd suggest bringing it back to where you bought it.

    Hey, in a sense it is normal. It might be the OIS System (optical Image Stabilization). Turn your camera on a try again, if it's gone, it's the ois and completely normal. I have several Galaxys and they all do the same (S6 Edge plus, A3 (2016) and A5 (2016).
