Android not making sound

[AC Question]

I own a Motorola Droid Turbo and one day it stopped making any sound. It will only play sound while headphones are plugged in or during a call (As long as I'm not on speaker phone). I have restarted the phone and the problem has not gone away.

Hi

If you're phone suffered a fall, or liquid damage, it could have damaged the speaker. You can try 2 things, hopefully the first option works.

1. Enter Recovery and wipe the Cache Partition. No Data Loss
2. Do a Full Factory Reset. All data loss, phone as new out the box....back up your device before doing this.
