Google Device Manager Won't let me log in from my mobile

I had Google device manager loaded to my Galaxy S5. I could log in with the default account and track my other devices. I factory reset my phone and not I get an error every time I try to log in. It will let me log in as a guest but not the default account. However, I can log in with the same account on my desktop. Any ideas on what happened and how to fix it.

Same issue here the past few days. Thought it was an iso bug for the N Beta but having problem in S6 Active.
