How do I stop My galaxy Mega from freezing all the time?

My phone will freeze up for days and I won't be able to unlock it or answer any call then it will unfreeze for a little while then refreeze. What do I do?

You could try a Cache Partition wipe, and if no go, a Backup & Reset. Let us know if you need advice about backing up.
Make sure also that a bad SD card is not causing trouble.

Welcome to Android Central! Also see if this happens in Safe Mode: Galaxy Mega If it doesn't, then something you installed is probably causing the instability. Uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
