Galaxy S5, standard software update yesterday, after it installed there was a Pattern Unlock on the device that wasn't there before (had used one swipe to open). After talking to Verizon and Samsung, the only way in that they are giving me is a factory reset, erasing all of my data. Both said that they had an unusual amount of other users with the same issue, but only June 3rd, despite the fact that the update started going out May 27th. Anyone hear of a potential solution?
