Samsung Logo stuck on Note 2

[AC Question]

I have tried using Odin to manually install the official firmware Samsung Note 2 SGH-I317M , it didnt work. I sent it to Phone repairers in Belgium and non could repair. i feel the phone is dead and cant be use. because i have done almost everything i ought to right but to no result.... i asked one friend and he said it could be that my phone memory is damaged.... i am confused now really need help... thanks

Welcome to Android Central! If a qualified technician couldn't fix it, then it's probably a hardware problem--perhaps a faulty chip or motherboard. It's probably not worth pursuing a repair, since that might cost as much as a replacement phone.
