Where can I find USB settings in android 6.0?

Hello,

I got a LG G5 with android 6.0.1. When I first got it, everytime I connected my G5 to my pc, I got a notification on my phone. By opening this notification I could change the way it was connected (I could chose between 5 options or so). One of those was regularly charging and one was data transfer. The other options I forgot.
Since a few days I'm not getting this notification anymore, even with my genuine LG G5 cable. My PC doesn't recognize my phone either, but it is charging (really slow).
I think maybe I chose the wrong setting, but I can't find it in the settings of the phone.

Does anyone know where I can find these settings? Or maybe there is another solution for this problem?

In addition: I can't connect my phone to my pc, but since I got this problem (a few days ago), charging is really slow. It charges at about 250mA, even when using the LG fast charger. Maybe this could be the same issue.
