I am Using a Xperia Z3, After Having Some Issues with it For some time i got used to it and started using it. Presently the Battery level Fluctuates like 100% - 80 % , Back to 100% and then 50% etc.

What i have done so far is;
Clear Cache.
Delete Apps.
Factory Reset.
Drain the Battery to 0% and charge to 100% still same problem.
I Cant do a PC Companion Repair since this Unit is a Prototype.
Please help me !
