A5 2016 Locked Help!

[AC Question]

Hello,
I have accidently locked my brand new A5 2016, few days before it was'nt able to recognize my fingerprint and it locked itself.I did a Hard reset and now the phone keeps asking me for Email used to register the device,in my knowledge i am entering the correct email but still it won't let me pass login screen and keeps saying "The phone was reset, please use the email used to register this device".
Help!

Hi, there is very little help we can offer you - the phone wants to know the Gmail email address and password used when the phone was initially set up. Try using the log in details on a laptop / pc to see if they are correct.
