I want to transfer everything from my battery swelled z3compact to my ok xperia s

[AC Question]

I have the sony pc companion downloaded to my pc and have done a back-up on my battery-swelled Z3. I want to transfer everything to my Xperia S so I can get my Z3 repaired. I don´t have much (read: almost no) computer or smart phone skills so, please, baby steps please.

Hi, connect the old phone to the PC, manually drag all the required data on to the PC. Disconnect old phone and connect new phone. Drag data on to new phone
