I think I downloaded something I shouldn't have and now everything on my phone is gone.

First it started with simple things like this and that has stopped working, then I noticed some stuff got deleted and that's when I started freaking out. Next thing I know "Settings has stopped working" "[EVERYTHING] has stopped working" and now I can't access my messages, contacts, phone or anything. wtf do I do?

Hi Dear and welcome to the forum. Is Not easy to offer advice, without know the
Phone brand. But all the Cellphones has a ResetDefault setting try to find it
and Tap-Reset. This action affects ringtones-Notification-DoNot
disturbs settings. But personal Data +apps won't be
affected. If in troubles report Phone-brand
to help or execute a Factory Reset O

A factory reset just deletes anything you've added - it doesn't add things that were deleted or fix things that were corrupted. You might have to reflash the ROM.
