Why does google voice activate continuously?

It interrupts music playback continually when using my aux cable in my vehicle.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean Google Now's "Ok Google" feature? If so, the aux plug might be slightly incompatible, sending the wrong signal through the headphone jack.

Open Google Now, swipe in from the left, tap Settings>Hands-free, and turn off the For Wired Headsets switch (if it's on). Does that make a difference?
