Welcome to Android Central! It wouldn't support MetroPCS's LTE bands, which are 2, 4, and 12: MetroPCS Info & Phones (Phone Scoop). It might support WCDMA on band 2 (which would be HSPA/HSPA+). According to this site, the Sprint Note 3 supports band 25 for LTE, and bands 1, 2, 5, and 8 for WCDMA (which is HSPA/HSPA+). Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (CDMA) Specs, Features (Phone Scoop)

On top of that, you'd have to meet Sprint's unlocking policy: https://www.sprint.com/en/legal/legal-regulatory-and-consumer-resources?ECID=vanity:legal
