Heart rate monitor not found on Galaxy S7

hi Guys,

I just bought a galaxy S7. I live in europe and don't have the option of getting the phone exchanged as I bought it while on vacation from South Africa. The phone is great but when I turn on S health, there is no option for a pulse monitor. On all videos I see the option is right there but I can't find it. How can I troubleshoot and make sure that it's working correctly? The light (that I guess is part of the device) is working just fine. Your help would be highly appreciated. Could it be a driver problem?

Hi, perhaps you could look in the Galaxy apps store to see if there is anything that you need to download? have you noticed anything else missing on the phone? what software version are you running?
