My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shows lines across the screen when it is active?

When i turn on on my phone it shows static as if its and old TV, and when i swipe across my home screen for example lines would appear from the apps that are moving. I believe it may be my LCD that,s the problem, but i brought the phone to multiple technicians and one said the phone must be fake which it is not or they would say they cant fix it.

Could be the screen or even the motherboard, or even just a loose connector, or broken solder joint. Very tough to determine. Have you tried starting the phone in Safe mode yet? If it still fails in safe mode, most likely it is a hardware problem and you'll probably need to send it to Samsung to diagnose and fix.
