Hello, my charge port recently shorted or something, it started smoking anyway, but everything else was fine, so i replaced the charging port and now it charges, but it always has a warning about slow charge, and i have no connection over usb to the computer or any device, (i've tried several computers, different cables, with the phantom 3 controller, nothing works, all i get is "usb device not recongnised"
In device manager it shows up as "unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)"
and then
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

It does this in every usb port and in every computer, so its not the computer, the question is, have i got a bad replacement usb port? or is it the motherboard on the phone that is damaged? or is it software? i don't really want to do a factory reset if i can avoid it as getting all the stuff off the phone is going to have to be with bluetooth which would take ages, but if that is the issue i'll do it.
