Note 2 dead

[AC Question]

My phone is dead nothing is working it's been dead for almost 2weeks the phone shop said they can't fix it won't be fixed. It had frozen so I took my battery out and put it back in assuming it would restart again after that day it never turned on and doesn't work the USB doesn't work with my phone on the computer it's completely dead

Welcome to the forums. I'm guessing it may be a motherboard issue, if the shop can't fix it due to lack of available parts.
