my samsung sd card says it needs formatting on my s7 edge but will does not complete the format

I have an s7edge ans my a 64gb samsung sd card. I have run sd insight to see if it is a genuine samsung sd card, but every time i try to format it it comes up with an error:

command '12 volume partition disk:179,0 public' failed with 400 12 command failed'

the sd card has all of my albums and pictures on there and I am kind of resigned to the fact that they will be lost..can anyone help??

Hey, i have tries to format it on my laptop but it won't allow it or complete the formatting process. I was going to cooy my files to my laptop before formatting it but it wont allow me to do anythinf. I restarted thenphone and it says the sd card is not compatible but it is a genuine samsung sd card
