Alcatel tablet issues

[AC Question]

My tablet said it was optimizing apps. Opened it and nothing seemed different. No notification.. I plugged it in to be charged and now I'm having trouble with getting a sold charge. Might be a whole different problem? New adapter maybe? I'm totally open to any suggestions. Try.

Welcome to Android Central! When you saw that the tablet was optimizing apps, had it just shut down on its own unexpectedly?

Leave it plugged into a wall outlet overnight, undisturbed. Then check the battery level again in the morning.
