How do I do factory reset on a Tag Heuer Connected

I just got a TAG Connected for an early father's day gift and it is stuck on store display/demo mode. How do I do a factory reset on it so I can get it set up and use it.

Hi you need to go into settings on watch and in the unpair with phone section is reset to factory settings.

Hold the crown in for 10 seconds. Watch will reset.

I have the same issue, just purchased and stuck in what appears to be demo mode.
When I acces apps by holding crown in, there is no “settings” app at all.
I’ve tried holding crown in for 10secs, yes watch switches off and restarts, but is still in demo mode, and still no “settings” app
There’s also an aeroplane symbol on the watch face along side the charging symbol.
