No command issue on HTC device.

Hi to you all, would you please help? so, i have the HTC desire 620G dual sim , i had a notification yesterday for a new system update .. when installation finished, my device was shut down and stuck on the 'No Command' screen ,, i tried all the options even resetting my data ,, my device reboots then goes back to the same screen ,, any one could please solve this issue ? TIA !

Try pressing and holding Power, and at the same time pressing Vol Up once.
